So yesterday, my wife and I went and had a beach day at San Clemente California. We watched the waves crashing on the shore and took lots of pictures. I went down to the shore with our cute dog and waded along in the water for about an hour. There's something so relaxing and enjoyable about it. It's like I can reset my stress button back to 0 when I do!
