Monster Shells

This shell looks almost like it's going to start moving and try to eat me (lol)! So I usually love finding shells, just not the moving kind.
I love walking along the beach, wading through the waves, looking down through the clear water and finding all kinds of interesting things from the sea. Maybe you do too? Finding a beautiful shell, is almost like finding a treasure from the heart of the ocean. Who knows how far this treasure has been roaming the depths of the water for centuries. I can only imagine. It might not actually be worth much in money, but to me it has enveloped me in its mystery and completely eradicated all the stress in my life. On top of that, it just looks pretty if only because the water makes its color more vibrant. Of course it will end up in my pocket so I can show it to my wife on the car ride home and then add it to my collection. :)
This is one of the fun things in life. It may not seem amazing but it actually comes in on a "satisfaction rate" of 9 out of 10 enjoyable things to do in a day. It would gain another point if I find it while walking with my wife along the waters edge. Sailing in a sunset comes in about the same number as does wading up a clear stream in the mountains. And oh, chatting with my wife while taking a road trip to somewhere interesting will get the same score!
All this to just encourage you that you don't have to be a millionaire to enjoy life. It's right there in front of us! But there is one more thing that has a high satisfaction score too if you're willing to go after it. And that is working toward your goals and dreams each day. Of course it just feels like work most of the time but every once in a while it jumps out at you that you're getting closer to your dream and you're doing it! And if you're doing something you love in the process (like writing this email), it becomes all the more enjoyable. I often get responses from you and all my other friends I've connected with that like to read my emails and just a simple hello to one of these emails tells me you enjoyed reading it also! That gives me a lot of joy, I can tell you.
The fact is, you need to enjoy the work you do or you won't do it with passion and put your heart into it. That's why I encourage my team to make their business about them. Yeah, we all have to do the tedious stuff like advertising every day so that people see what we're doing and can join us but work brings you closer to your dreams and work can be a good thing. That's why I'm going to encourage you to work a little toward your dream every day and if you would like the encouragement our team has to offer as well as the essential training that you need to succeed, then I would love to hear from you!
