What are your dreams ?

Ok, so check this out:

Year Trip around the US. Preparing for Trip: Day 3.

Question:

Should we travel in a Sprinter van, pop up trailer attached to our SUV or just drive our car and bring a tent?

We've three options.
1) To buy a Sprinter van that has a queen size bed, mini kitchen, bathroom and shower

2) Buy a pop up trailer or

3) Just carry a tent in our car.

What do you suggest?

Here's the pro's and cons:

Sprinter van pro: Ability to just relax at the end of a day without having to worry about putting up a tent.
Con: 15 mile per gallon makes buying gas and traveling more expensive.

Pop up trailer pro: Pretty easy to pop up at the end of the day and lots of "room" (sleeps 6).
Cons: Pulling around a 2000 lbs. trailer and the constant pull from that on our SUV engine.

Drive a car and bring a tent pro: Super easy on gas.
Con: Having to set up a tent a lot is a bit irritating (lol). Plus you can't put up a tent in the city if we had to.

So what do you think? Feel free to email us back if you have any suggestions!
