This brings me to my topic: Selling high ticket items.
So why is selling high ticket items in the first place so attractive? Well let me fill you in. First of all you can make more in one sale then you can earn from a whole month of selling small items on the internet.
The second reason is because once you can sell high ticket items then you can start aiming your sites towards earning six figures. Yes there are some strategies of how to earn six figures selling low and small things on the internet but understand this: It will take a lot of work to create those thousands of customers that you will need to get there. And honestly I do believe in selling small ticket items too - especially monthly residual items because they can really increase your monthly income. But imagine selling a $500 item or $1000 item a few times in a month. This can really add a lot of income to your bottom line. So now don’t you think that understanding that would encourage you to want to learn the skills to be able to do it?
The first thing that you need to do to be able to sell a high ticket item is to be able to understand a little bit of investing. Honestly if you are not familiar with what you’re selling and don’t understand it very well, you will not be able to sell high ticket items. The best way to sell anything is to understand it and to honestly be able to share with other people why do you like it. So investing in the product or service first to test it out and see how you like it yourself is very important to be able to turn around and sell it to someone else.
The second thing you have to do to be able to sell high ticket items is to understand three principles: 1) Understanding where are you can get good hits from real people and how much time and effort it will take you to get those good hits. 2) Knowledge of how to make a capture page that converts and gets real subscribers to your mailing list. 3) An understanding of how to write an email that will inspire and encourage your readers to take a look at what you’re doing. Will these three things take some effort. Yes, but none of them is rocket science. The good news is you can learn them if you want to. And why wouldn't you? It pays great! And you get to work from anywhere you like.
