I Was Trying to Build a Team. I Just Wasn't Ready for What Happened Next.
Hey ,
Years ago, I was part of an organization that held yearly conventions.
I loved them. Like, genuinely loved them.
Every year I'd walk out of those events completely fired up - buzzing with
ideas, possibility, and that rare feeling that anything was actually achievable.
But one year, something happened that I wasn't prepared for.
My enthusiasm got loud.
I wasn't running a campaign. I wasn't following a script. I was just... excited.
Talking to people the way you do when you can't help yourself.
And then something I didn't expect happened.
People started telling people. Those people told their people. Within just
a few days, I had built a significant team - not from strategy, not from
hustle - but from pure, unfiltered enthusiasm.
I remember standing back thinking: Did that really just happen?
It did. And I've never forgotten it.
Because here's what that moment taught me - enthusiasm isn't just a
personality trait. It's a transferable energy. It moves from person to
person like a current. You can't fake it, but when it's real?
You can't stop it either.
That's what I want for every person on this team.
Not the grind. Not the obligation. Not the "I guess I'll post today."
The FIRE. The kind that spreads before you even realize it's spreading.
The momentum is real. And it's being driven by people who are genuinely
excited about what they're building - not people with the most experience
or the biggest following.
Just people with the most enthusiasm.

Let's keep that current going.

P.S. - That story? It started with me just being excited. No complicated system.
No pressure. Just real enthusiasm and the right environment. That's still the formula.
Reply and let's talk.
