New Team Update (Jan 25th)

My hands were shaking.

Six miles offshore, south of Catalina Island, the wind had shifted. The sails snapped hard. For a second, I thought I'd really screwed up this time.

But I hadn't. Because I'd spent years learning to sail-not three months of YouTube videos and wishful thinking. Years of mistakes, near-misses, and small wins that eventually added up to this: me, alone on the open water, running before the wind past mountain peaks and quiet bays, feeling more alive than I had in months.

Days like that? They're my "adventure" days. And I live for them.

But here's the thing-that adventure only happened because I didn't quit when it got hard.

And that's exactly what I'm seeing right now with our team.

Some of you are in this with me—putting in the work, tracking your progress, celebrating the small wins that are adding up to something bigger. Others are watching from the sidelines, curious about what we're building.

Either way, I want to pull back the curtain for a second.

This week, I updated our team site with real numbers, real progress, and real strategies that are working. Not hype. Not theory. Actual click data, conversion insights, and the skills we're sharpening together.

If you're on the team: go check your stats. See where you're improving. See where the momentum is building. Compare this month to last month. That's how you know you're not just "trying"—you're growing.

If you're NOT on the team yet: take a look around. You'll see what we're actually doing, how we're supporting each other, and why people stick around instead of quitting at month three like most do.

Look, I've been burned too. I lost over $10,000 chasing programs that promised me the world and delivered nothing. Programs with no real training, no real support, no real progress tracking.

This isn't that.

This is a group of people who decided they're done dabbling and ready to build. We track progress. We share what's working. We help each other navigate the storms instead of capsizing alone.

For my team: Look at your numbers. Celebrate your clicks. See where you're gaining traction. Then let's build on it together.

For everyone else: Take a peek. See what we're building. If you like what you see and you're ready to stop watching from shore, reply to this email with "I'm Ready" and I'll get you plugged in.

Progress doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you show up, track the wins, and keep adjusting the sails.

Let's keep moving forward.

P.S. – If you're on the team and haven't checked the site this week, do it now. You might be surprised at how far you've actually come. And if you're not on the team yet but you're tired of going it alone? The door's open. Let's talk.
