Every day feels a little like this picture.

You against the empire.

Doubt. Fear. Bills. Bad days. The endless voice saying "this will never work."

That's the real empire. And most people just give up.

A few weeks ago my daughter and I — two total nerds who basically grew up at
Disneyland — walked into Star Wars land together. She's older now. When she was little, that land didn't even exist yet.

Something about being there just hit different.

And standing there surrounded by the whole galaxy... I thought — yeah.
This is exactly what it feels like to take on the world.

I'm not a millionaire. I don't have total time freedom yet. But I have WAY more than I did when I was punching a clock — and I love what I'm building.

The empire doesn't win unless you stop fighting.
