(For our team only): "The 6 appts a day method"

wanted to share with you.
It took me a few minutes to write this all down for you, and I REALLY
hopes it helps you as much as it's helped me! :)
So I wanted to share with you a method that has doubled my personal sales
each week for the last two months. This is a very powerful method if you can
keep your focus on it and not get sidetracked. Basically it's a deeper look
into Critical Skill #1 (Effective Advertising) and Critical Skill #4:
Effective Communication with your list. You are basically finding highly
interested people by weeding through a batch of prospects, qualifying
them and sharing your sales page or video presentation with them.
To start off, I write down 6 entries in my work journal each day. Each spot
is place for one "appointment". Now these aren't "physical appointments"
by any means. It just means I crossed paths with someone online interested with
checking out GDI, PMS or PLS and possibly joining our team. The goal
is to get that person to take 15 mins out of their day and watch the PLS "Fire Your
Boss" video or the main sales page video or sales page presentation.
So you might be asking me how do you get those six appointments each day?
Good question!
Method #1:
First off, I use the 5 Critical Skills. (Skill #1 & 2:) I send out my ads, get new
subscribers each day, (Skill #3:) build my list bigger and bigger daily and then communicate
(Skill #4:) with those subscribers through my emails. I try to be real with my subscribers
and take real time to add personal content to the emails (whether I wrote the
email myself or just edited it and added content to it). I finally end my email
with a call to action. Most affiliate marketers will add a link too. I do also but
the link is not my goal. Encouraging them to respond to me is the WHOLE point
of the email. This creates the "know, like and trust" that's so important to create.
A link by itself will not usually do the trick. If they initially join the link but don't
take the time to get to know you, they will most likely quit the program.
So encouraging them to reply back to me is why I start writing the email
in the first place! Now don't overdo it, just be real with them and give them
specific directions like this email "call to action script" below:
"I really hope this helps you today. If you'd like to connect with me with a question
or find out more about how to join my team, simply reply back with the subject
title: "Share with me more" and I will!"
That's how I do it. Anyway, I've found that as my email list gets bigger and bigger,
the more email responses I get each day. I usually get about 1-6 people just asking me to
"share more with them" each day and these requests count toward my "six appointments".
In fact they are the best leads or "appts" of all.
These are highly motivated people (who will write an email on their own and send it to you).
Like I said, I usually get about 1-6 replies a day. I
follow up with these replies with scripts that I have written (just ask me if you need
to see these). Remember the whole point of this is to build "know like and trust" so
if you're leaning too heavily on the scripts, then add personal content and make it a
real response to them with help of the script (if that makes sense). It's important
that they feel like they're getting to know the 'real you'. And they should be!
Anyway...
So how do I make up for any "appointments" I don't have that day (if for instance
I get 4 replies back but then need to make up for the other two spots left open)?
Method #2:
This method can also work with calling leads too (although it takes a specific kind of person to be
interested in calling other people. If you're one of the few who likes to do this, then just let me know!
Method #3:
One of the additional ways I use is by using Max Steingart's
"Endless Free Leads" inside PLS. If you're not in PLS, then you might want
to connect with me personally and I can give you some more basic tips! Take
good notes on the basics below also:
Ok, so I connect with about 30- 40 new people on Facebook each
day (my current FB friends) and just say "hello" through FB Messenger and see
where the conversation goes.
If they mention not being happy with their work or something similar, then I just simply
ask them if they're open to making extra income. If they say "yes", then I
qualify them once more by sharing with them that "if I could show them a way
to effectively earn additional income from home in their spare time" how interested
would they be? If they say "yeah, a lot" (or something like this) then I say:
"you seem really interested" and ask them if they have 15 mins available to watch a
video I can send them. (I mean if they say "no" then how interested were they actually?
(Right! LOL). They usually say "yes" or set a time. I then ask if I can follow
up with them (and put them down as one of my "six" for the day).
Max has a huge course that's worth $300 that is free for PLS members
and has tons of ideas and strategies and scripts to use for social media marketing. It's really
awesome! If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.
One of the things I noticed is that out of six appointments a day, usually 4 "blow me off" or
didn't keep the appointment or whatever. I don't take it seriously as they don't know me very
well or what I'm offering (and I usually just follow up with them in the future).
If they respond back to me sometime in the future, then I just add them to my list
that day if they seem interested. But usually one or two out of six DO keep the
appointment, actually watch the video and connect with me after I connect back with them.
In this way, I'm getting one or two members to actually watch the Fire Your
Boss PLS video each day (or whatever video or sales page I'm presenting).
