My epiphany...

was just a thought that popped in my mind  - but that's ALL it took! :) 



The thought was a simple "flashback" to a thought one of my old mentors had taught me years ago. It was a simple equation. 

Basically it said that you only needed 5 good leaders to change the life of your business. 

Why five? Well, let me explain. Most of the time people people will subscribe to find out what you're doing that's different than everyone else. 
And that's fine. The thing is that out of ten, maybe one or two will actually email me back and make a real connection with me. These people 
will often join our paid programs as they have decided to trust me and see if I'm really telling the truth. 

Only ONE or two out of ten people who join our programs as PAID members, are actually willing to work and learn what it really takes to succeed online! Doesn't this amaze you. It really blows my mind. However, because there are SO FEW who actually DO anything, you have to really FOCUS on them.

This is the reason why people stop growing their business. They get people paying monthly and then dropping out three months later.
This is REALLY discouraging!

Nevertheless, this is always going to happen but if you focus on your leaders then you can grow leaders instead of just people who don't do much. Growing leaders is really the name of the game. 

Have you ever compounded a penny in 30 days? Well you'll know if you do that, it turns into 5 million dollars on the 30th day! It's similar to growing leaders. They tend to duplicate or compound on you. One becomes 2 and 2 becomes 4 and 4 turns into 8 and 8 into 16 etc...And this is a life changing and business changing equation. 

It struck me in a BIG way because I realized at that second that I had been focused so much on helping everyone that I wasn't helping our leaders as much as I should be. So I made a qualifications chart so I would know exactly who I would focus on from now on out: 

So the qualifications for our inner circle are:

1) Big desire to succeed.
2) Not a quitter.
3) Willingness to learn.
4) Advertises everyday.
5) Communicates with us often.
6) Willing to work the plan.
7) On our team in PMS or PLS as a paying member.
