bioluminescence magic.

Bioluminescence is a light that glows on the water a greenish blue when the water is disturbed (like when a waves comes crashing in). I've seen it out sailing at sea many times at night, especially in October but just recently saw it one night when I was down walking along the sea shore with our dog!

I think about rare occasions like seeing bioluminescence on the ocean kind of like how I think about finding leaders: a rare happening! Finding leaders is rare because most people don't want to actually work to earn online, they don't want to dig in and find answers to problems and they want literally everything done for them. But this is not how life is - to be honest.
Sure, some "done for you" stuff is great and there's plenty of that on the internet but the work to coordinate it and add creativity to it to share your actual personality and build trust, still takes work.
Like this email for example! I mean how much "done for you" stuff is in this email?
Well, I had an awesome "done for me" program to use to set up this email inside of AWeber. It's also an awesome autoresponder along with my PLS one for sending the message automatically to all the thousands on my list (I didn't have to do all that work).
But I did have go in my office, turn on my computer, take away some time (I would of usually spent with my wife) to settle in and write this email. I also had to build my list from scratch each day for years and earn each one of you to join my list (those of you who are reading this email right now. Thank you. You mean the world!).
And I also had to go through the embarrassment of trying to write emails for a year before I figured out what I was doing (Thanks for bearing with all my crazy emails!). That definitely was not "done for you". In fact it took a lot of persistence and "falling down" over and over again to get even somewhat good at it. I don't consider myself a master at it but 'practice eventually makes perfect' and that's the point of all this: leaders practice and practice and practice and just keep getting better.
You can become a leader too and that's another point I want to make. It just takes the determination to work your business a little each day, no matter what (your day off excluded). I mean, how much will happen if you only work on your business 10 mins today (because you had to work for hours on end in your job?). Well the truth is: not much. But there's another truth too: if you keep at it and are consistent, eventually all your work will ADD up! And you'll get better at it as you go and find more slots of time for it because you're brain is constantly working to increase your potential. See what I mean?
