Finding that right person

Often they don’t understand what I’m saying because they haven’t seen it happen for them and can’t see inside my life and experiences and how it led me to my sweet wife Janette of 28 years and going on 29 and also to meet the best business partner (Elizabeta and I been working together successfully for five years).
Let me try and share it with you now in case your searching yourself or know someone who is.
One of the first things I would say is that trying to find their “true love” (or a business partner) is not very different from trying to find a best friend. And I honestly don’t remember ever remember trying to find a best friend from searching everywhere for them. I just seemed to come across them by accident as I was going through my life. Its placing yourself in the best position to meet them, that is critical.
I’ve had four best friends in my life and all of them appeared in my life quite by "accident". I would happily argue the point that God sent them but that's another topic!
One of the second things I would encourage my friends with, is the fact that focusing on achieving something worthwhile in life is a much better strategy to do then wasting time searching for the “right one”.
My belief is that working toward something worthwhile is a much better platform to find the “right one” or a business partner then searching endlessly online or wherever.
In going after a worthy cause you come across others similar to yourself with similar values and ideals and have a much better chance of meeting someone you could become best friends with (and this can eventually turn to more than that).
Not only do I believe that this is the best solution for finding your “true love” but it’s also the best place to find business partners and people who want to work together with you on a common goal.
The third thing I would point out is how powerful it is to put God first in your life. In seeking Gods plans in your life, your much more open to finding someone who also is searching for Gods best in their lives and who generally loves others and who is more concerned about what is right in life then what they can manipulate out of others.
Either way, finding your “true love” (or a business partner) needs to be someone you can really trust and who you know there motives are pointing in the right direction.
Of course this is not a sure proof method (as everyone’s story and situation is slightly different) and I’m not saying that dating services are bad, I’m just giving out some advice that has pointed me in the right direction many times. I hope it helps you too!
