a foggy night...

My dog was wading next to me in the water, and didn’t seem to mind getting his paws wet. :)

As I walked up the beach, every time the waves broke, I would notice out of the corner of my eye, this greenish light. The flash seemed to happen exactly when the wave broke and hit the backside of the water. The light would streak across the bottom of the wave at light speed and you would see the green glow from one end of the wave to the other way down the beach. And then as the wave would turn into white water, the green glow would sparkle sporadically in the white foam.

It was intensely beautiful and I couldn’t help stop and try to take it all in. It was like watching magic. 

Ever see anything like that? It's been a while for me too. And honestly that's how it is finding leaders - a rare occurrence. 

To be honest, most people have this terrible way of jumping from one program to the next, in search of making money quickly. And I can't exactly blame them as it happened to me too. And on top of that it seems also the norm for new paying members to start the training but only see them complete one page or the first section. In this I don't have much in common as I always took my work seriously and worked hard to finish learning and training. I mean, how can you expect to earn if you don't learn the correct skills? 

But occasionally, someone will come along, join our program and actually start the training, finish it and go on to the next one and so forth and actually catch our attention. We will then pour our time into helping them succeed online!

That, is almost like seeing the beautiful magical lights shimmering on the waves. 
 
One of the things I realized many years ago, is that you have to find these people for your team and business to take off. These people create the leverage in your business and are how you can eventually retire working online and still earn residual income each month. And how do you find them? Just continue advertising, reaching out and they will come your way.

It took me three months when I first started to get over 30 people on my team, find my first leader and four months to find my business partner Elizabeta. Your results may be better or worse. But persistence will always pay off. 

I want to share a fast equation with you and show you real quick how finding leaders and building leverage is also the way to a six figure income with the Lead Generation Academy inside the Power Lead System:

WEEK 1: You get 4. That's 2 passed up and 2 stay on your Pay-Line. That's $90 X 2 members = $180 per month in recurring commissions.

WEEK 2 - 10: Those 2 which were just added to your Pay-Line each refer 4, 2 of each passing to your Pay-Line. That's 4 more on your pay-line. That's 4 X $90 = $360 + the $180 you're already earning = $540 per month. That then turns into 2,700 per month on wk 3, 5,580 per month on wk 5, 11,340 per month on wk 6, 22,860 per month on wk 7, 45,900 per month on wk 8, 91,980 per month on wk 9 and $184,140 per month week 10. Pretty incredible leverage wouldn't you say?  

Now, is this going to happen? Well, only you would know because only you can take the action to go after finding your first 4 members. And from what I've seen, if those 4 aren't leaders then those 4 will fall off eventually and nothing much will happen. If one of the 4 is a leader, then your on the way. But if not, you simply have to be persistent and stick with it, because you will find those leaders if you are really a leader in heart and don't give up.

And those leaders will duplicate and the duplication process will begin. Does this take time? Yes for sure. Can it happen quickly? Well it depends how hard you're working to find those leaders and how much you believe in the process and how excited you are about it. Those are the 3 ingredients: Work, belief and excitement. Does it take a while to learn real skills to succeed? Yes for sure. The thing is if you waste your time looking for get rich schemes and and changing opportunities every week, you'll never be persistent enough to create anything long lasting.

So may I encourage you to become as beautiful as those rare magical green bioluminescence on the waves? May I encourage you to become a leader? I really hope so! Because the sooner you do, the faster life changing things will begin to happen for you!
